HOW TO CHECK IF YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR ADMISSION SCREENING OF YOUR INSTITUTION OF CHOICE.

Well Jamb 2017 is over and many have seen their results . The next big questions are; will your current jamb result fetch you admission this year? how do you know if you are even eligible for admission screening for your institution of choice? This article will help you answer most of these tough questions concerning jamb admission this year.

Now you know very well that the requirements for admission into higher institutions in Nigeria depends on the jamb score and o’level result. That is, WAEC, NECO, NABTEB. So, how do you know if you are Eligible for Admission Screening for your Institution of Choice this Year?

1. Check your JAMB result to know your score.
Your jamb score is a determining factor to admission. If your jamb score is high, you have a good chance of gaining admission. On the other hand, if your jamb score is low, you will have a lower chances of gaining admission.
So, check your jamb score to know your fate.

2. Know the cut off mark of your institution of choice
After seeing your jamb result, find out the admission cut off mark for your course in your school of choice. If you meet the cut off mark, then keep calm. If you don’t have the cut off mark, the consider changing our institution now.

3. Check your O’Level results
This is very important now that Institutions are using point system to give admission. This means that if you have an O’level results with good grades you have a better chance of getting admission. On the other hand, if you have lower grade, you will have lower chance of gaining admission.
